  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder Dutch-process recommended
  • 1/4 cup Ground Hemp Seeds/Nuts or substitute with your favorite
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon optional
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder ensure it's fresh

Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Potato Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9" x 6" pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend the sweet potatoes, bananas, and plant-based milk until smooth.
  3. Add the ground oats, cocoa powder, sugar, ground hemp seeds or nuts, and baking powder; pulse until a thick batter forms.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the lined pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness at 30 minutes with a toothpick.
  6. Cool the brownies in the pan for 20-30 minutes before slicing into bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
