Method
 

Preparing the Brownie
  1. Gather all the necessary ingredients: cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, salt, and milk.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the batter is too thick, gradually add more milk until it reaches a thick but pourable consistency.
  4. Optionally, spray a microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, checking after 1 minute.
  7. Allow the brownie to cool for a couple of minutes.
  8. Consider topping with ice cream, fresh fruit, or chocolate sauce before serving.
