Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak 3–4 thin cucumber slices in ice-cold water for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Peel and cube enough cucumber to yield 1 cup.
  3. Blend cucumber cubes, sweetener, mint leaves, and water until smooth.
  4. Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
  5. Mix in lime juice, black salt, and additional water.
  6. Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnish with lime rings and mint leaves.
