- Prepare the Crockpot by spraying the inside with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Mix the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine the cooked breakfast sausage, diced onions, and diced bell peppers in another bowl.
- Whisk a dozen eggs in a separate bowl and mix in the milk, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Layer one-third of the frozen hash brown potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
