Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Potato Home Fries
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Drizzle in olive oil and wait until it shimmers.
  2. Add diced yellow onion and diced green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and fragrant.
