Preparation Steps

  3. Add potato cubes to the spice mix, coating each piece thoroughly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil the basket. Air fry for 18 minutes.
  5. For the oven, preheat to 425°F (220°C) and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  6. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add cayenne pepper, cilantro, paprika, and lemon juice to the skillet, mixing well.
