- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Crush the soft pretzels in a food processor or ziplock bag until you have a coarse crumb texture.
- Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and shredded cheddar cheese over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Coat each seasoned chicken breast in the crushed pretzels, pressing down gently, and place them in the baking dish.
- Bake the coated chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with mustard-cheddar sauce before serving.
