  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil any cooking oil works
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt or mix your own spices
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion optional
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper or any bell pepper color
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder optional
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese or White American cheese
For the Wrapping
  • 8 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers gluten-free if necessary
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Cheez Whiz or ranch dressing or cheese sauce

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add the shaved steak and seasoned salt, sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned, and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, yellow onion, and green bell pepper. Add seasoned salt and chili powder, cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Return the cooked steak to the skillet, mix with vegetables, layer provolone cheese on top, and cover for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. On a clean surface, lay out egg roll wrappers, place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center, and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Spritz egg rolls with oil, arrange them in air fryer, cook at 390°F for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once golden brown, remove egg rolls from fryer, serve hot with Cheez Whiz or favorite sauces.
