- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add the shaved steak and seasoned salt, sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned, and set aside.

- Return the cooked steak to the skillet, mix with vegetables, layer provolone cheese on top, and cover for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese.
- On a clean surface, lay out egg roll wrappers, place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center, and roll tightly to seal.
