- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate 8 ounces of parmesan cheese and evenly sprinkle it across the prepared baking sheet.
- Thinly slice 3 medium yellow onions and layer them on top of the parmesan cheese.
- Brush 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over the onions and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of seasoning salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
