Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rice flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well blended.
  3. Gradually pour in the boiling water along with both oils. Mix continuously until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the coarsely chopped Nori until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and cut into shapes.
  6. Transfer the shaped crackers onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Remove the baked crackers from the oven and allow them to cool on a baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
