- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Position one rack in the upper middle and another in the lower middle.
- Place your thawed puff pastry on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt evenly over the pastry.
- Cover the pastry with another silicone mat or parchment paper and roll it to form a square.
- Cut the dough into 12 strips, each measuring just over 3/4 inch wide.
- Twist each strip by holding one end and rotating the other. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown, rotating the sheets halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
