- Add Green Onions: Toss chopped green onions in with the fried tofu and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, water, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and cornstarch; pour over tofu.
- Serve: Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and enjoy hot, with rice or vegetables.
