- In a mixing bowl, combine cold cream cheese, drained crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Take refrigerated biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit until round and about ¼ inch thick.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of crab filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C) for frying, or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or bake for 12-14 minutes.
- For air-frying, set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), spray the basket with oil, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the bombs, place on a wire rack to cool slightly, then serve warm with dipping sauces.
