  • 2 scallions Green Onions Chopped, can substitute with chives.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt Adjust to personal taste.
  • to taste Black Pepper Adjust to personal taste.
Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Can also use wonton wrappers.
  • as needed Oil for Frying Choose cooking spray for healthier option.

Method
 

Step by Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cold cream cheese, drained crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Take refrigerated biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit until round and about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of crab filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C) for frying, or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or bake for 12-14 minutes.
  5. For air-frying, set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), spray the basket with oil, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove the bombs, place on a wire rack to cool slightly, then serve warm with dipping sauces.
