- In a mixing bowl, combine cold cream cheese, drained crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly until round and about ¼ inch thick.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of crab filling into the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
- For frying, heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry for 2–3 minutes per side. For baking, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-14 minutes. For air frying, set to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes.
