  • 1 tbsp Honey

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl and arrange panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Drain cooked chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  8. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl for the sauce.
  9. Toss the crispy chicken in the Bang Bang sauce and serve immediately.
