  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil Regular sesame oil can be used

  • 2 tablespoons Scallions Sliced, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken by cutting chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces, season with kosher salt and black pepper, dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with cornstarch.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer, spray with olive oil, and air fry for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Make the Sauce by combining orange juice, light brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  4. Once the chicken is crispy and the sauce is thickened, toss the chicken in the sauce to coat.
  5. Serve garnished with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
