Preparation Steps
- Prepare the chicken by cutting the thawed chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1 to 1.5 inches.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the chicken bites for approximately 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving with lemon wedges.
