  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh is best for optimal taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can use avocado oil instead
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or use fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder can be omitted if you're out
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper lemon pepper adds extra zest
Chicken Bites
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast ensure it's thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish, optional
For Serving
  • 1 whole Lemon Wedges optional for serving

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting the thawed chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1 to 1.5 inches.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry the chicken bites for approximately 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let rest for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving with lemon wedges.
