Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse and dry the apples, slice into ¼-inch rings, and remove the core.
  2. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt in one bowl, whisk egg and milk in another, and combine breadcrumbs, cinnamon, and sugar in the third bowl.
  3. Coat each apple ring first in flour, then in egg wash, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange apple rings in a single layer and air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Remove once golden and crisp, let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
