- In a medium bowl, combine your shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat and divide the filling among them, slightly off-center. Roll tightly to encase the filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3-5 minutes. Mist taquitos with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Arrange taquitos seam-side down in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Optionally garnish with green onions and serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
