  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella work beautifully

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Split the English muffins in half and place cut sides facing up in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set your air fryer to 350°F while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Spread butter on one half of each muffin and place turkey bacon on top.
  4. Crack an egg into a ramekin and pour onto the unbuttered half of each muffin.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each egg.
  6. Place the muffin halves back in the air fryer at 400°F for about 8 minutes.
  7. Once done, add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
