  1. Begin by cutting your center cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and placing them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle in olive oil, honey, and low sodium soy sauce. Season with paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes. Let the seasoned salmon sit to absorb the flavors.
  3. Carefully place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Prepare the bang bang sauce by combining Greek yogurt, Thai-style sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix until smooth.
