Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Begin by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add the Beans and Corn: Layer the drained white beans and corn over the chicken.
  3. Incorporate Aromatics: Add diced medium onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle the Spices: Sprinkle ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the mixture.
  5. Pour in the Broth: Pour the chicken broth over all the ingredients.
  6. Stir in Green Chilies: Add the diced green chilies to the slow cooker.
