Preparation Instructions
  1. Create a homemade strawberry sauce with fresh or frozen strawberries and a touch of sugar in a saucepan. Cook until softened, then cool.
  2. In a blender, blend vanilla ice cream and cheesecake until smooth. If adding graham cracker crumbs, pulse them in.
  3. Drizzle the strawberry sauce inside chilled serving glasses.
  4. Pour the blended milkshake into the glasses, filling to three-quarters full.
  5. Whip softened cream cheese, then gradually add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. Swirl the whipped topping over each milkshake and garnish with extra strawberry sauce, graham cracker crumbs, and fresh strawberries.
