  4. Make It Creamy: Stir in heavy cream and mix in the slurry from flour and water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Season: Add paprika, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
