  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers (Savoiardi) Quick-dipping in coffee
  • 1 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee Cold for soaking
For Garnishing

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Brew the Coffee: Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture: In a bowl, combine mascarpone, granulated sugar, brown sugar, kosher salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth, then add pumpkin puree and vanilla.
  3. Step 3: Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  4. Step 4: Combine Mixtures: Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
  5. Step 5: Dip the Ladyfingers: Dip ladyfingers in cooled coffee for 1-2 seconds and arrange a layer in a dish.
