Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked. Keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked. Set aside with chicken.
  4. Sauté andouille sausage until browned, about 2 minutes. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  6. Combine the chicken, shrimp, and pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Toss gently and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley.
