  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt Can substitute with plain or mango-flavored yogurt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine your mango chunks, creamy vanilla yogurt, and optional maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Carefully distribute the blended mango mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling them to about three-quarters full.
  3. Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and allow them to chill for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, remove popsicles from the freezer. Let the molds sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before trying to release them.
