Preparation Steps
  1. Pour 1 to 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of frozen mango chunks and 1 cup of frozen mandarin oranges.
  3. Scoop in ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt and half of a ripe avocado into the blender.
  4. Sprinkle in a pinch of ground ginger, a dash of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Blend all ingredients on high for about 30-60 seconds until smooth.
