- In a blender, add the cottage cheese, fresh basil leaves, lemon juice, and peeled garlic cloves. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta and the blended sauce. Toss gently and add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
