Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large heat-safe bowl, combine the flavored gelatin dessert with 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until all granules are completely dissolved.
  2. Once the gelatin is fully dissolved, slowly stir in ½ cup of cold water to the mixture. Continue to mix gently for another minute until well combined.
  3. Next, whisk in 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, mixing thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps remaining.
  4. Carefully divide the creamy gelatin mixture evenly into four 6-ounce ramekins or dessert cups.
  5. Place the filled cups in the refrigerator, uncovered, for the first 2 hours.
  6. After the first 2 hours, cover the cups with plastic wrap and return them to the refrigerator for an additional 4 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Once fully set, remove the cups from the refrigerator and serve as is or with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
