  • 3 cups Day-Old Rice better texture
Creamy Sauce
  • 250 ml Milk creamy sauce base
  • 150 g Light Cream Cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 40 g Parmesan adds depth
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the chicken with Cajun seasoning and olive oil for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet with grass-fed butter for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Sauté red onion and garlic in the same skillet until onion is translucent.
  4. Add day-old rice and remaining Cajun seasoning to the skillet, stirring well for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Prepare the creamy sauce by heating milk and whisking in cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Assemble by layering the rice, adding sliced chicken, and drizzling with creamy sauce, garnished with parsley.
