- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add bow tie pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add cubed chicken breasts, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, and Cajun seasoning to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
