Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry. Roll out into a rectangle about 1/8-inch thick.
  2. Cut the pastry into 1-inch strips, then spread cranberry sauce and sprinkle feta on each strip.
  3. Twist each filled strip into spirals and form into a wreath on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Beat the egg for the egg wash and coat the wreath with it.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
