- Spray the interior of your slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Layer the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for about 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the pot with two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Stir in the cheese tortellini, shredded mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream.
- Cover the slow cooker and continue cooking on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
- After the tortellini is cooked, stir in the baby spinach and cover the slow cooker again for an additional 10 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
