Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add 1 pound small pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with olive oil and chill in the refrigerator.
