Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Pour in the pizza sauce and water, stirring until well mixed. Increase the heat slightly to bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Once boiling, lower the heat and add sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, dried basil, and rosemary. Mix in chopped pepperoni and diced tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Ladle the soup into bowls and top with mozzarella and croutons.
