Tofu & Seasoning
  • 1 block Soft Tofu cut into cubes

  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil for finishing

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the broth in a medium pot over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until it comes to a gentle boil.
  2. Add ginger, the white parts of green onions, garlic, and soy sauce; let it boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate napa cabbage and mushrooms; cook for about 4 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften.
  4. Gently fold in the tofu and green parts of napa cabbage; simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in chicken bouillon powder and white pepper, adjusting to taste; drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with remaining green onion tops.
