Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt Chocolates: Begin by melting the white and dark chocolate discs in separate microwave-safe bowls. Heat each bowl at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare Rabbit Pretzels: Dip mini pretzel twists into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Shake off excess chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set.
  3. Add Rabbit Features: Use piping bags to apply melted white chocolate for the bunny faces and ears. Attach candy eyes and add pink heart sprinkles for noses.
  4. Make Sheep Pretzels: Repeat the dipping process with additional pretzels, covering them with white chocolate and sprinkling white nonpareils to create sheep texture. Chill for at least 5 minutes to set.
  5. Sprinkle Pretzels: Dip extra pretzels in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle colorful toppings before the chocolate sets. Return to fridge for 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle Chocolate: Use remaining dark chocolate to drizzle over the fully set pretzels. Allow to cool and set in the refrigerator until firm.
  7. Final Chill & Serve: Chill all pretzels for an additional 5 minutes. Arrange on a festive plate for serving.
