- Begin by lining a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, pour your chocolate and colored candy wafers. Microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Carefully submerge an Oreo in the melted candy using a spoon, then lift it out with a fork to allow excess to drip off.
- Gently tap the coated Oreo against the bowl to remove excess coating.
- While the coating is wet, promptly decorate the cookie with sprinkles or candy eyes.
- Allow decorated cookies to harden at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- Once hardened, store the cookies in an airtight container.
