- Peel and slice 2 medium cucumbers into thin rounds. Blend the slices on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Strain the blended cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing the pulp for maximum juice extraction.
- Add the juice of 4-6 lemons (about 1 cup) and 0.5 cup of sugar to the pitcher. Stir for 1-2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
