Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream the butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined to avoid overmixing.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Portion out the dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
