  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond creamer Substitute with a different non-dairy creamer if desired.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of cherries, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the mixture simmers and the sugar dissolves. Strain the liquid into a container and let it cool.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of cooled cherry syrup.
  3. In a container, combine 1 cup of vanilla almond milk and 1/4 cup of vanilla almond creamer. Froth the mixture for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour the frothed almond milk over the cherry syrup and ice. Gently pour in 1 cup of cold brew coffee or chilled espresso on top of the milk. Stir gently to combine.
