  • 1 pound Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
Filling
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce or pesto/alfredo
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese or provolone/dairy-free
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or gouda
  • 1 cup Pepperoni or turkey pepperoni/salami
  • 1 cup Italian Sausage or ground beef/meat substitute
  • 1 bell pepper Bell Pepper or mushrooms/spinach
  • 1 medium Onion or red onion/shallots
  • 1/2 cup Olives omit or swap with jalapeños
Finishing Touch
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning or fresh herbs

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle of roughly 12x16 inches.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese, followed by pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge into a log shape and seal the edges.
  6. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let rest for about 5 minutes, slice, and serve with extra marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
