- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle of roughly 12x16 inches.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese, followed by pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long edge into a log shape and seal the edges.
- Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes, slice, and serve with extra marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
