- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out your flour tortillas flat. Place roast beef and cheese in the center.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll from the bottom upwards tightly.
- Brush each roll-up with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley on top.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a saucepan and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the roll-ups in half diagonally and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
