  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Provolone
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter for brushing
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley for garnish
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out your flour tortillas flat. Place roast beef and cheese in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll from the bottom upwards tightly.
  4. Brush each roll-up with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley on top.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a saucepan and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Slice the roll-ups in half diagonally and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.

Notes
