Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cooked ground beef, 1 can of corn, 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of milk, ½ cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Fold in 12 ounces of cooked rotini pasta into the creamy beef mixture. Transfer into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
