Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and rinse frozen seafood under cold water, then pat dry.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat, add carrots and peas, and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
- Add thawed mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Pour in heavy cream, add garlic powder and dill weed, simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions, optionally fold in shredded cheese.
- Transfer seafood mixture to a baking dish, spoon biscuit dough evenly on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
