  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Adds creaminess to the filling
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter For cooking vegetables
  • 1 cup Vegetables (Carrots, Peas) Fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Weed Fresh or dried
For the Biscuit Topping
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix Iconic flavor; add extra cheese if desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and rinse frozen seafood under cold water, then pat dry.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat, add carrots and peas, and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Add thawed mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add garlic powder and dill weed, simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions, optionally fold in shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer seafood mixture to a baking dish, spoon biscuit dough evenly on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
