Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a 12"x18" baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Honey Nut Cheerios, kettle corn, and crispy chow mein noodles. Toss gently to mix.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stirring and heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and gently fold to coat.
  5. Spread the coated mix on the lined baking sheet and cool for about 30 minutes.
  6. Break into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Fold in bunny graham crackers, pastel M&M’s, and Easter sprinkles.
