Preparation
- Line a 12"x18" baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Honey Nut Cheerios, kettle corn, and crispy chow mein noodles. Toss gently to mix.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, stirring and heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and gently fold to coat.
- Spread the coated mix on the lined baking sheet and cool for about 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Fold in bunny graham crackers, pastel M&M’s, and Easter sprinkles.
