- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, adding 1-2 teaspoons of oil until it shimmers.
- Add 1 pound of ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce and mix until smooth.
- Lay out flour tortillas and spoon a portion of the turkey filling in the center. Top with shredded lettuce, quartered tomatoes, cheese, diced onion, and pickles.
- Drizzle Big Mac sauce over the filling in each tortilla.
- Fold sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
