Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, adding 1-2 teaspoons of oil until it shimmers.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce and mix until smooth.
  4. Lay out flour tortillas and spoon a portion of the turkey filling in the center. Top with shredded lettuce, quartered tomatoes, cheese, diced onion, and pickles.
  5. Drizzle Big Mac sauce over the filling in each tortilla.
  6. Fold sides of the tortilla and roll tightly. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
