- In a small saucepan, combine 4 cups of water with honey over medium heat. Stir well and bring to a boil, allowing it to bubble gently for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add the green tea bags to the hot syrup. Let them steep for 3 minutes, then discard the tea bags. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of cold water into the saucepan. Stir gently to combine.
- Blend the lychees in syrup with fresh lemon and lime juices until a smooth puree forms.
- Pour the lychee puree into the cooled tea mixture and stir well.
- Transfer to a pitcher, cover, and chill for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve over ice or frozen lychees, garnished with fresh mint and citrus slices.
