Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 4 cups of water with honey over medium heat. Stir well and bring to a boil, allowing it to bubble gently for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Add the green tea bags to the hot syrup. Let them steep for 3 minutes, then discard the tea bags. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 2 cups of cold water into the saucepan. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Blend the lychees in syrup with fresh lemon and lime juices until a smooth puree forms.
  5. Pour the lychee puree into the cooled tea mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer to a pitcher, cover, and chill for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Serve over ice or frozen lychees, garnished with fresh mint and citrus slices.
