  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Preserves or substitute with favorite preserves or fresh berries

Step-by-Step Instructions for Berry Oat Bars
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the coconut oil, flour, quick oats, maple syrup, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press two-thirds of the oat mixture into the bottom of the greased baking pan, ensuring it’s smooth and compact.
  4. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the oat base, avoiding the edges to prevent burning.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the raspberry layer and gently press down.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the top feels set.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack for about 15 minutes before slicing into bars.
